Xico celebrates Mexico’s rich culinary traditions through the art of wood fire cooking. Helmed by Chef Scott Linquist and his 30 years of experience in the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine, this collaboration with longtime Asheville restaurateur Dave McFarland was intentionally created to provide an experience that honors heritage fire cooking, but feels brand new.
